Returns and Exchanges

KK wants you to be satisfied with your order!

We know you're busy. And, we get it -   sometimes, items are not as comfy as expected. Our goal is to provide you with excellent customer service!

Please be aware that our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you'd like to exchange or return an item purchased from our online store, for any reason, we will gladly exchange or credit you for any item that is in like-new condition and unworn condition with tags & invoice - within 30 days of purchase. Of course, we strive for excellent apparel, however, (oops!) sometimes something can slip thru.  

Prior to sending, request a Return Authorization number via this form (which will be sent via email to sales@kkcomfy.com).

After securely packaging your return, send it back using a traceable method with the shipper of your choice. We don't accept C.O.D. deliveries. We do not pay for return shipping.

P.S. We - or any clothing company for that matter- are only as good as the last apparel we sell. We take customer satisfaction very seriously!  So, if you like us, please tell others (...but, if you don't, please tell us).
