When will my KK Comfy order be shipped?

We strive to process orders ASAP. Please take note that during periods of high volume, it may take longer.

When will my KK Comfy order be delivered?

Once processed, orders are shipped via USPS Mail (unless an expedited service is chosen). Five to seven business days is average, in our experience. You will receive an email with tracking information. To keep this email out of the "junk file", friendly reminder to be sure and add KK Comfy to your "safe" list. 

Can I get comfy & ship to an address different from my billing address?

Absolutely! We love sharing the comfort. You can even save addresses!
